Eric and I took the boys to Temecula Blueberry Farm yesterday. It turned out to be a really nice day afterall. This blueberry farm is in Temecula right at the beginning of the wine country (love it out there, so beautiful!) So the boys got their buckets and we headed out into the field to pick some blueberries
We were on the hunt for the biggest and bluest berries we could find....
It's funny how such a simple thing as picking blueberries can be so much fun. The boys had a blast filling up their buckets.
We'll see how many more years this type of stuff will be fun for Michael.. LOL.. He's proudly showing off how much he had picked so far :)
Seriously, it was really fun! Now what to do with all the blueberries we got to take home?? Let's see... there's blueberry muffins, blueberry pic, blueberry ice cream (yuck!), blueberry pancakes, blueberry smoothies... I'm sure we'll find something cool to make with them! Fun Day!
