Now that I can post pictures again... here are some soccer pics. Chase seems to be placed as a defender most games.. I wonder why?? LOL.. but when he does get the chance to play Forward, he loves it! He's scored some goals this season already and is having so much fun!
Here's Ethan. He normally plays right or left defender and likes it. He gets the chance to play forward at least one quarter each game so far, and really likes it :).. He scored his first goal ever and boy it was exciting!! His face just totally lit up!!
This was half time and his coach was giving them some tips...
Here's Michael. He plays in the U14 league. He's pretty much the smallest on the team, but boy is he fast. He was scored quite a bit this season, pretty much every game except for last weekend. Their team has won every game except for one where they tied. It is so fun to watch him play... very exciting!
He has a really good coach this year! His coach is laid back and does not yell at the boys (which I love) At this age usually all the boys know how to play the game and play it well. It's really great to see the teamwork they exhibit on and off the field. They build each other up, I really like that! It was funny because at the end of the second game, for some reason all the boys lifted Michael up on their shoulders and where chanting "Michael, Michael".. LOL.. I don't really know why they did that.. ?? But it was cool to see :)
